I finally got Brawl on Monday and haven't been able to stop playing it yet. I think that the addition of the Subspace emissary was a good idea though at first it was a bit weird for me using the wiimote and nun chuck I originally started with the classical and switched sadly my nun chuck needs replacing so I have gotten used to the classical controller.
The smash ball was a crazy item add and can be a real big helper/killer in Vs. mode, most of the moves are rather good but there are a few that II don't like mainly Diddy Kong's.

I have beaten the SSE and unlocked everyone, out of them all my favorite characters would have to be Meta knight and Link. The brawling is quite fun but other than the lags it shines online, and it gives a challenge when fighting other people.
Out of all of the characters the worst (IMO) is King Dedede followed by Pit, while I have seen people kick total ass with Pit, I have yet to see a really good Dedede player.
